Description
Rebonded Foam — 60 Kg — rebonded pressed foam, 60 kg density, supplied in sheets of 2000 × 1200 mm.
Made from foam flakes pressed and bonded together, which gives it far greater rigidity than ordinary foam. This is the foam to use when you want a firm base rather than soft comfort: seat bases, seat reinforcement, bed bases and cushion bases that must not give way.
The 60 kg density also gives it good acoustic behaviour — it is used for sound insulation and vibration damping in floors, panels and boot spaces, and as an underlay beneath carpet.
